Understanding The User rights and responsibilities as a Special Job site User
1. General

Special Job, ID 319602363 (heretofore “the owner”) and the person and/or organization that enter the
Special Job website and/or use the website’s services (heretofore: “The User” and “the website”
respectively). The User declares that by entering the website, using the website and using its services
he/she agrees to the conditions listed below.
1.2 In this regulation in all texts appearing on the website, singular language includes plural and the converse
and male language includes female, based on the context.

The User should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding
on The User.
1.5 The Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the The Website suspended or
terminated, at Special Job’s discretion.

3. Limitations Of Liability
3.1 Special Job will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use or the
inability to use this Website, its content or links, including but not limited to damages caused by or related
to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, line failure
and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, loss of profit, exemplary or consequential
damages whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory including Force Majeure,
and whether or not, such organizations or entities were intimated or advised of the possibility of such
damages.
3.2 The Website owner is not liable for any outcome resulting from the use of the website or reliance
on the information found on it. So, any action taken by The User is his decision and sole
responsibility.

by Special Job owner. Special Job has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content,
privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.
3.4 The User acknowledge and agree that Special Job is not liable for any loss or damage which may be

of any reliance placed by The User on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising,

4. Employer Registration Information
4.1 For The User to complete the sign-up process in our site, The User must provide The User Company
legal name, current address, a valid email address, member name and any other information needed
in order to complete the signup process. The User must qualify that The User is 18 years or older and
must be responsible for keeping The User password secure and be responsible for all activities and
contents that are uploaded under The User account.
The User must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Any information
provided by The User or gathered by The Website or third parties during any visit to The Website shall
be subject to this terms of use.
4.2 Employer password and The User name are confidential information. The User agrees that
the Company discription and web site address that The User provides will be shown to The
Website visitors.
4.3 Employer can add, edit or delete his/her ads using The Website.
4.4 After adding ads by the Employer The Website administration should approved the text
before publishing.
4.5 The Website administration has a right to refuse publishing or delete ads at Special Job’s
discretion without any explanations.
4.3 Recruiting service can be provided to Employer by Special Job, if Recruitment Service
Agreement is made.
5. Job Search and CV Sending
5.1 Every user who sent his/her CV for some job position published at The Website, understands
that the resume distribution process is irreversible and cannot be cancelled after the resume
is sent.
5.2 The User declares that he does not and will not have any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit
regarding the distribution of his resume, and is aware the company is not required to inform
him/her of the identity of the third parties that will receive his resume.
5.3 CV writing or Career Consulting are a separate services. The User can order those services through
the contact form at Special Job Website or by e-mail.
